Contacting eBay - going mad!

I’ve just received an email message from  ebay (ebay@ebay.com) to say that my account has been debited by £300. The only recent transaction was for £208. There seems to be no clarification as to what  this was for. 

I cannot find out how to clarify what this payment was for and there seems to be no way of contacting Ebay to check this.

Any advice  would be gratefully received.
