Contacting a buyer

Can anyone help please? I have a buyer who made an offer on an item which I accepted but they asked some questions in the comments of their offer. For some reason I cannot respond to it and when I click on their name I can't message them either?

Are you using the app or mobile browser?  Then,  switch if you can to a PC / laptop and use Chrome try from them.

Click on the buyer's username ID , then top right Contact to send your message.
