Contacting a buyer

Hi,

How do you contact a buyer/bidder who's interested in buying your item and has made an offer? Obviously you have the option to contact seller,  utility the same doesn't apply for a buyer and I clicked on the name, but there is no option to contact this person. Is there anyway I could possibly directly contact them?

Thanks,

Caragh

Re: Contacting a buyer

If you click on their ID there should be a contact link on top of next page.    Obviously it's against ebay's rules to try and do an off-ebay deal.   You can make a counter offer on ebay if you wish.

Oh ok. I'll try that now ! It's not to make an offer, only to contact them
about it as the offer came up expired or no longer available. So I just
wanted to arrange a day and time for them to collect, etc.

You won't be able to do that until the item has been sold via eBay.
