It’s just a postage problem where the buyer agreed to pay to send the item by Royal Mail but I have been charged for sending through Yodel but thanks anyway
If it's Simple Delivery you can't change the label. You'd have to cancel/refund the transaction with buyer's agreement (via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list). Opt out of Yodel/Inpost on here: https://www.ebay.co.uk/ship/prf
and the relist for the buyer to buy and pay again.
