Is it someone you've dealt with before?   Sellers are able to block messages from buyers on their blocked bidder list.   Not saying that's what it is but a possibility.    

Also if they're new there may be some activity limits on their account so it could be that.

Some sellers don't respond to messages.

You need to closely read all the details and look at all of the pictures.

If you are not happy, then find another seller.
