I have sent three messages to the seller but he has not received them and when I check them on eBay account they are not there. I cannot contact the seller and need to arrange collection.
If you haven't paid ebay block messages containing addresses or phone numbers prior to online payment. So you should pay through ebay first and then contact the seller.
When you have completed payment through eBay checkout, you will receive the full contact details, messages are probably blocked --- no cash on collection except for vehicles.
