Contact seller not giving me any option

Hello

im trying to buy car parts from various listing who have cars there breaking and I have to contact them to find out if they have the part I want but when I click the contact seller there’s no further option to send them a message apart from the 3 dots in the top which is delete seller or report .

I think eBay has set my account to no contact . Any help please

Unless I am misunderstanding that is not really how eBay works.   

EBay discourages messaging as - perhaps - they feel that it is a preliminary to "off eBay sales".   It is all supposed to be in the listing!

You would be able to contact "business sellers" [ie "breakers"] through their contact details on listings which would include phone numbers.

Car breaking listings are not allowed on eBay.

Sellers must list the exact items that they're selling, along with a photo, on either a fixed price Buy It Now listing or auction.
