Anyone know how I can speak to an actual person for help with item that never arrived? All I keep getting is Automated assistants .

You don't need to speak to CS, just use the money back guarantee and open a case for item not received.

I’m not sure how you do that? For some reason I didn’t by it from my account and brought it as a guest.

Your confirmation email should tell you what to do in case of a problem. Or put 'buying as a guest' into the help search box.
