Complaints email address

I would appreciate an email address to contact eBay customer services please as non of the available options are relevant to my complaint. I was sent an email to advise that if I listed my first item I would then receive a voucher as a promotional welcome gift. I listed the item, a week later it sold, then I received a follow-up email to confirm that my promotional welcome voucher would be sent soon, yet I am still waiting.

So what email address is manned by eBay that I can be assured that I would receive a thorough reply please

Ebay don't have a complaints email address.

You can get a call back from Customer Services and explain your issue to a representative.

There is no email address for eBay to answer your question, best contact with Customer Services is a Call Back option.  If you call now it's an automated assistant,  call at 9 a.m. when the lines open on weekends,  and there's more chance of a Dublin agent answering you, too.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

I do recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
