Hi, Does anybody know if its been fixed eBay not allowing sellers combining the postage to buyers who have bought multiple lots after a sale or is it now a permanent change?
If permanent maybe they are discouraging sellers listing lesser priced items that can be combined.
On top of the new Buyer protection fees I think it's working.

Nope, it hasn't yet been fixed, and there has been no announcement either way if this is permanent, or a glitch that keeps on giving ( going !) .
eBay's workaround is to ask the buyer to buy all items, and then make a partial refund of the excess.
Not ideal I know.
Other members are adding a Note on their listings, for any Buyers wanting to buy multiple purchases to let them know beforehand, the items then will all be relisted on one listing, to have that one postage cost.

If it has been changed on purpose then tell us why, its OK them telling sellers to either contact the buyer to let them know before the sale if they are going to buy more than one lot! or to mess about with refunds after.
But why have they changed a system that worked perfectly before for both the seller and buyer?

Forgot to mention its been like this for couple weeks if not longer now so must be a permanent change there must be a reason they are not telling us about!
