Combining postage / shipping when seller pays

Hi there,

I sold multiple items and 2 were bought by the same person.

I am paying for the postage myself.

I ended up on a page with all the completed auctions, where it said I could combine the postage of the 2 items.

However I left this page and could not find it again. So I just combined the 2 items into 1 postage label, but now I have an item left in the orders list looking abandoned, even though it will soon be on its way.

What should I do from here with this item and do you know where I can find that page where I can combine items I am shipping?

Any help would be much appreciated.

To combine at any timeyou just click SEND PAYMENT DETAILS in other words an invoice, both items will show with total postage. Just edit the postage as required,review to see it looks right and send.

You must mark the second item as dispatched and add same tracking number.
