I’ve recently sold two identical items. The postage fee was charged twice by eBay. They were packed up and posted together using the simple delivery option. The buyer is now asking for a refund of the second postal fee. I didn’t receive the postal fees so have nothing to refund. EBay states they will make the adjustment on simple delivery combined items. What can I do as eBay has no way for me to call and ask
Did the buyer pay for both Simple Delivery labels?
Send them a message explaining as one label was not used, eBay will automatically refund them, but it can take 30 days to appear back in the card account they used to pay.
