Combining postage for a buyer

Hi please can anyone advise me how I can combine postage for a buyer who has purchased multiple items, I have followed the instructions on the help page and it advised to go onto orders on my eBay or seller hub but orders doesn't display on my eBay and I have never used the seller hub or how to access it, please can someone help as it's all new to me

Even on My eBay the sold page is now called orders.     Anyway, go to whichever page you have that is showing your sold items and click on Send Payment Details, far right of one item (you may have to click on the little arrow first).   The other items will be on there.   Make sure they're selected then change the postage to what you've decided to charge and submit.

Hi thank you for replying, when I go on sold items it just says waiting for payment and the send payment reminder, sorry it’s all new to me and I’m trying to sort it for the buyer but I can’t see anything else or what you have said. Any suggestions would be appreciated, thank you

It would be better if you can use a desk/laptop rather than your phone.   The app is more limited.
