Hi I understand the concept of combining postage and have done it in the past ..... but .......
I have just sold three Christmas models that are not small items.
Ebay has automatically joined all three together as combined postage - consequently I can only print one shipping label
The three items, however, need to be individually wrapped and I do not have the ability to put them together as a single package.
So, how can i revert the automated combined statement and go back to individual sales allowing the printing of three labels.
Thanks in advance

As ever Simple Delivery is not simple. You cannot uncombine so you'd have to cancel the transactions with buyer's agreement from the dropdown menu for the items on your orders list. Then relist for the buyer to buy again. Explain problem to them and ask them to stagger the purchases and pay for each one separately so they are not combined again.

I don't think you can go back, the buyer has put all three items in their basket and paid the combined postage that ebay calculated. They are not going to be happy if you cancelled and then relisted all three together with the right postage as that will cost them more.
If you don't use the simple delivery label provided by ebay then you won't be able to add your tracking to the sale and you won't get simple delivery seller protection.
Sellers complained about ebay not combining postage for simple delivery items for months, now they have done that it inevitably won't suit everyone.
You could try asking ebay customer service for advice on what to do, I would be interested in their response.
