A buyer bought three items from me so I combined all items in to one box and posted them. I had to buy a Royal Mail label in order to get the appropriate level of insurance however as the other two items have a buyer paid label with them and there is no way of canceling this and showing that the postage is combined I am not going to get paid even though I can see that the parcel containing all three items has been delivered. Any ideas? Otherwise I am going to have to print the label and send an empty box in order to get tracking of delivery of these items which seems crazy! Or is there any way that the buyer can mark things as having arrived?
If you use simple postage then you have to go along with the system. If ebay cannot or will not allow combining of orders, you need to send as 3 items. If you are not careful you will end up paying for postage twice.
