Combined postage

Now I sell through simple delivery how do I combine postage to someone who has bought 3 items

Combining isn't working with Simple Delivery at the moment.    You can either send each item separately.   Or cancel/refund the transactions with buyer agreement and relist with the items all on one listing with one postage for the buyer to buy and pay again.
