Combined postage but 2 items sent

I have recently bought 2 items from the same seller, I got combined postage, ebay sent her 2 labels with the exact same tracking number, she then posted out the item's separately. 1 item was received but I've not got the 2nd one. Evri as marked it as delivered. Please can someone help me.

As the tracking shows delivery you would have to open a "not as described" return to get your money back.

select "Item doesn't match description" and if necessary escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.

The seller will still have the option to send the missing item or issue a partial refund but do not close your case until they do.   You won't be able to open another one.   If item is to be sent back seller pays for the postage label which you will receive via ebay.

Thank you for that, but the seller sent the item's separately due to ebay giving her 2 labels, they have the exact same tracking number on. I received 1 parcel but not the second one. I can't understand this.
