A buyer paid for simple delivery but decided to collect instead. How do I remove the message to dispatch the item. Will I get a bad feedback for not sending item even though it has been collected. I have been paid and buyer has given positive feedback.

You can mark dispatched by opening the original pre-paid Simple Delivery label (Get prepaid label > Get prepaid label and QR code).    It will remain unused and the cost will be automatically refunded to the buyer in 30 days.   You won't get any bad feedback for not sending the item.
