I have collected a number of items in person and have no way to Mark the items as collected. This is very annoying and disrespectful of my time by ebay Can someone please help? How do I contact eBay directly to get this fixed

When you purchase and pay for a collection item,  you receive a 6 digit  QR collection code,  which you must give to the seller on collection.

The seller then scans this code,  and it shows the item was collected.

There is no other way to mark items collected.

Without this code,  the seller will need to wait a minimum of 14 days before their payout for their item, to be released.

By not dealing with collection items correctly, both you and the seller did not bother to find out how it works, seller leaves himself open to NOT RECEIVED claims as he has no proof of delivery.
