Buyer asked for details for collection of a bed which he has paid for, but he has not collected it. I have contacted him several times. It is now about a month since he paid.
You can cancel the transaction if you want. Go to the dropdown arrow on the far right of the item on your sold page > Cancel order > Something wrong with buyer's address. That's the nearest reason we have to this situation as they may be too far away to collect easily. The refund will be issued in the process.
