I have no option to offer collection in person when I list an item why is this

Has the matter resolved itself,  it might have been a temporary glitch?

Are you not seeing this under Delivery Details...?

• Postage or collection in personLet buyers choose how they get their items.
• Postage onlyPost items directly to buyers.
• Collection onlyArrange collection in person without any postage costs.
• Freight onlyPost oversized items.

  The above is shown in boxes not laid  out as shown above.

  Which device and browser are you using.  The app is prone to constant glitches,  if using can you switch to s laptop / PC and use Chrome,  try from there.
