Collection confirmed but no funds and message the same

I have sold a number of items to one person who collected. I scanned their QR code  and have also tried entering  the code in. Each time it say collection confirmed. My account still says  Arrange Collection and funds available on certain date which has now passed or funds pending - on hold. Can anyone tell me if I’ve missed something?

Looks like you are a new seller,  so your funds may be held a little longer.

 

However,  I would contact eBay Customer Services just to confirm that collection code has been added correctly, as it worryingly still says  ' Arrange Collection'.

 

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
