Collection code not received argos

Hiya can anyone help please ! I’m pulling my hair out so frustrating I’ve not recovered the collection code for mattresss toppper so I can’t collect seller and eBay saying delivered t

 it don’t seem to understand I need the code to show Argos it’s been ages I honestly don’t know what to do now, the e at number is a robot who gives not option the seller is fed up with me asking I’m at the end of my tether! Please any advice would be fantastic thank you in advance x

The seller cannot provide this code, they don't have it.

Check your emails,  your order details and spam in case it's gone there.  If  not found contact eBay Customer Services they will provide this code for you.  You have 7 days from being notified that it's in store to pirck up your item.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
