Collection Item No Code

Hi, a buyer bought my ‘collection only’ car part that I listed. Upon purchase, he said that eBay did not give him any collection code to give to me. I fear I made the mistake of giving him the item mainly because he paid for it however I’m not sure whether I will get my money without the code. I tried contacting eBay but no help. Is there a way to bypass the collection only code system please?

Ask the buyer to check there emails and order details for the code and then they can send the details to you so you can manually add them to the order details to get paid.

If still no luck getting the code from the buyer then contact ebay here and explain the situation (no code from buyer) as they can view the payment details. eBay Customer Service
