Collecting an item

Hi can anyone help please. I sold an item, the buyer paid for postage and buyer protection but wants to collect in person… 

can I re jiggle it so she doesn’t pay for the postage?

It's safer for you to cancel the current transaction (via the dropdown arrow for the item on your orders list - a refund will be issued in the process) and relist for collection for the buyer to buy and pay again.

The buyer receives a code in an email and gives it to you when they collect.   See "Proof of collection" on here:
