Collected instead of delivery

Item sold as postage but buyer collected. How can I mark it as collected and get paid?

You cannot,  because items listed for collection after being purchased and paid for,  the buyer receives a 6 digit QR collection code,  giving this to the seller who scans it, shows the item was collected.

With no code and obviously now no tracking, it cannot be shown as collected ( dispatched), so your payout will be held for a minimum of 14 days.
