Hi I purchased sliders and shorts and t-shirt. The sliders arrived and when I checked my email it says that all items have been delivered ! 😯, they haven't sent the shorts and t-shirt. The postman took photo of the grey little bag the sliders came in and I obviously signed for them , but I refuse to be robbed of £35 for 2 items I haven't received and am going round in circles trying to speak with someone, . I have messaged seller but no response. ?????

You open item not as described case, NOT item not received as you got a parcel.

Seller supplies returns label, you return for refund.

Escalate on day 4 if no label or refund.

Ignore seller excuses.

If separate transactions you open a not received case for the ones you did not receive.

Hi mate sorry am new to this . I ordered ellese sliders, and shorts and a
t-shirt from 1 seller and today the postman knocked and asked me to sign
after he took pictures and I knew by the weight of the brown box that ,it
was my 2x 600ml Gaviscon bottles, however the other bag I thought these
feel like the flip flop sliders , which they were. Then my email says items
delivered !!! The cheek , I reopen my door to check if they were outside.
Very weird because the company has 100% satisfaction 🤷, but as I said I'm
new to not received items it's first time, sorry to go on. I've tried
contacting him but no avail. I get he or her is probably extremely busy.
Just can't afford to be 35 pound out of pocket, for nothing. 🙏👍
