First check your order details, emails and especially Spam it may have found its way there.
If not, you do have to contact eBay Customer Services for the code. Try very first thing when the lines first open 8 a.m. on weekdays / 9 a.m. on weekends , there's more chance of Dublin answering, if you call before opening hours CS is open, but it's and automated assistant.
Be aware you have 7 days to collect your item, after being notified it's in store.
