The past three items I’ve ordered from eBay via a click and collect. I’ve all been sent back to senders does eBay not support? Click and collect? If so it should be taken down as an option

Why were they returned?
If seller omits the ECP code, it will refused.
If you fail to collect within 7 days, it is disposed of.
Is it same store, are they still doing C&C?
