I have sold stuff on eBay for years. Click and collect has now appeared my listings. I don't want it on my listing and not selected in settings under postage preferences so why is it still on my listings?
Private sellers have found that any items listed with custom postage and automatically changed to Simple Delivery then some postage details have been incorrectly altered.
Worth checking through all your listings revising and editing where necessary.
sorry I don't understand. I can't see that I can choose many postage options anymore. I don't want to have to put a note on the items I'm selling. Very frustrating!! I'm on a laptop too

I think you misunderstood my post.
I am not suggesting leaving a note on your listings, but when automatically transferred to SD some sellers have seen errors in their postage preferences. I'm suggesting looking through your listed items you thankfully only have 13, some have hundreds, check them and revise any errors.
