Ask the seller to put your ID on their exemption list which will allow you to buy from them.   They will find it on their My eBay at Site Map at the very bottom of the page.   Scroll down past the categories to Sell > Selling Activities > Manage Bidders.

Unless they quote postage for overseas shipping on their listing, they will still need to send an amended invoice with shipping costs to Sweden, otherwise you will not be able to pay.
