Charity Donation not received by charity

Hi, 

It has now been over the 21 days specified for the charity donation to be made to the charity. No payment has been made by Paypal giving fun.

We personally know know the local charity and have been waiting to see the funds enter their account to confirm this process works however no funds have been received  by them. 

Please advise as this is now feeling like a scam.
