You're adding reserves to your listings, these are the most expensive optional listing upgrades you can use, 4% of your set reserve, and the listing fees is non refundable, charged the second the item goes live, and payable sale or no sale.
No need to use them, just start your listing for the lowest amount you are happy to receive, it cannot sell for less.
