Only you have access to your account which will show you what the charges are, we can only guess.

The fees for private sellers guidance pages are very helpful, could they be listing fees?

Have you promoted any items , added any optional listing upgrades,  such as subtitles,  reserves?  These come with a none refundable listing fee,  payable sale or no sale.
