Charged for listing

I am a private seller not a business seller eBay states it is FREE to sell I have just listed a TY Bear and it has cost me 35 pence this is the second Item I have listed since the so called FREE listing came out and the last time I was charged 35 pence.

Please can anyone tell me why I am being charged to list.

You get 300 free listings a month.

When you go over that, you are charged 35p per listing.

Looking at your completed items, it seems you have listed more than 300 items this month.

You can check on your selling page how many free listings you have used.

Is the item an auction item of special duration or in two categories these also incur fees.
