Changing the postal service on a pre paid simple delivery label

Hi,

My buyer has already paid for the item including postage with simple delivery but have asked me not to use Evri despite selecting it at the checkout. The pre paid label is for Evri and I’m unsure as how to change it now.

You can't change it.  You'd have to cancel/refund the transaction with the buyer's agreement (via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list).    Then opt out of using Evri here:

and relist for the buyer to buy and pay again.

You can't change it,  but the buyer would not have known who they were choosing unless they took several steps that they are highly unlikely to know about.

It's a faff bit you could cancel, and relist with just RM as the option for the buyer to buy again, but I think this will impact any other listings you have.
