Changing posting to collection after purchase

I sold an item for which the buyer has paid for postage. They then messaged me to ask if they could collect instead. I agreed and they collected the same day.

When the collected, the QR code to confirm collection was not available in the eBay app - because they'd paid for postage. I'm now receiving reminders from eBay to post an item the buyer has collected.
eBay "Contact Us" is a dead end - no way of contacting a human just a conversation with one of the worst AI chatbots I've seen to date (and there's a lot of bad ones).

What can I do to resolve this? Buyer and Seller are happy - eBay want me to post an item I don't have.

You cannot now mark this item as collected as you rightly say,  that QR code was not available.

The notice to post will soon stop,  but you will now have to wait at least 14 days for your payout.  

If this happens again,  best to cancel the order with the buyer's agreement, and relist with Collection only option.  Best to do this,  as you do leave yourself open to a case for item not received,  and no proof that it was.
