Changing from return od damaged laptop to partial refund

How can I request  for partial refund to fix damaged  laptop  from my country rather sending it back to the seller

The seller should be able to issue a partial refund without return from your return request, if you've started one.   If not contact the seller first and see what they say.   Remember ebay's deadline for claims is 30 days from date of delivery so do not let that slip by.

How was the item sent to you in Zambia? If the seller sent to a third party address in the UK and the item was forwarded to you then you are not covered by the Ebay MBG and the matter is between you and the seller.

I told the seller at first he refused and I issued return he accepted then
instead or return to less the burden I wanted a partial refund I repair the
