Changing delivery details sold item after printing labels

Hi. Just sold a blind. Printed labels already to go. Yodel store refuses to accept parcel. How can I change delivery to door-to-door and I pay the extra?

Yodel is not yet a service provided under Simple Delivery, which is now mandatory for all Private sellers.

Your item looks to be too big for SD so is exempt from SD,  but there is a tech issue in not allowing Custom Postage to show.

There is a workaround.
