See if you can change the tracking at View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow. That has to be done on a desktop browser. If not generate the original prepaid Simple Delivery label and try again. At the very least that will mark the item as dispatched. Even if you can't change the tracking the payment will be released anyway in 14 days.
If the buyer paid for the original label the cost will be refunded to them automatically in 30 days.
