Change return method

Hello, I want to return an item. It had an option to choose Royal Mail or parcel force to return. I chose Royal Mail but they won’t accept the package due to the size. There is no option to go back and change the return method via parcel force I can see? Is it possible to change this?

You may need to contact eBay Customer Services to correct this return postage label,  or reissue a correct label for you , I'm presuming you're returning for item not as described reason,  so eBay will charge this cost to the seller's account.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
