Change return address?

Anyone any idea how I can change my address for my customer return?

When I select change return address it does not list any other option and is blank.

If it's happening using a mobile device then best try using a PC/Laptop instead as the ebay app is having issues at the moment.

You need to use a web browser, not the app, then go to My eBay, select the Account tab and select addresses from the Personal information and privacy section.
