Change delivery postcode but item listings don't reflect that change

Hiya'll. I am looking at an item and my primary delivery postcode is IM7 nxx (Isle of Man). The item shows postage as 20quid. Fine. I then change my postcode to SY5 nxx (Shropshire). The listing does NOT reflect my new postcode even if I log out and back in again. Is this the intended result?

Check delivery address on here:

https://accountsettings.ebay.co.uk/uas/addresses

And try clearing cookies or using a different browser.   It's not enough just to log out and in.
