Put e-bike on but eBay have put it in sporting goods category 

but when I search e-bikes there is a category for e-bikes but mine is not there there are thousands of e-bikes in e-bike category but not mine 

so I can’t find mine which means that anybody searching for an e-bike won’t see mine

You set your own category, ebay just makes suggestions.

Go to "Revise item" and change the category to ebikes.

Only authorized / approved Business dealers are allowed to list eBikes /accessories etc. on eBay due to safety concerns.
