Cardboard Tubes Defective- cannot return

Seller selling defective tubes - lids/caps do not fit- no printer and cannot get to post office- seller clearly used to people returning items- seems par for the course - no number to call customer service- lost 9 quid. Thanks ebay yet again.

You can't really blame ebay for you not having a printer or being a able to get to a post office.   The seller pays the postage for "Not as described" returns so if someone can take them for you you would get your money back.   You can take a photo of the return postage QR code and the PO will print the label for you.
