Card for refund

Dear eBay support, I expect a refund to my account in the next few days. Due to damage to the card, I received a new one from my bank. I added the new card to my payment details and deleted the old one. I'm wondering if this will be a problem for the refund or if the system will automatically recognize it and transfer the payment to the new card.

If the new card is still attached to the same account as the older card most banks will ensure the funds get re-directed to the new card.

I'm afraid not. Refunds go back to the original funding source or payment method that was used for the transaction.
