I bought a car that was advertised on here as excellent condition from a seller in birmingham.. part exchange my really good car, they delivered at night, i have never been able to drive it as the engine has a big oil leak running onto the exhaust and it missfires so badly it is dangerous! 
i have paid for parts , serviced and a mechanic! Its getting worse! 
tried to contact ebay and complain but just ignored!

Sorry but there is no buyer protection when buying vehicles on ebay.   I imagine you've contacted the seller without success so next contact Trading Standards here:

Thank you, i won’t be using ebay again now, its cost me over £7000 now and being disabled without a car i am stuck in.
