How do I leave feedback for a car. I can’t see an option to do so. Many thanks in advance.

If it was sold as an eBay "classified ad" no feedback can be left by either party.

Classified ads, as the name implies, are a personal transaction between the buyer and seller. The sale is not made through eBay.
