Nothing eBay can do to enforce the seller to reply.
When did you buy the car? Perhaps the seller if this was an auction listed vehicle, doesn't realise yet the auction has finished with a winning bidder.
Are there any phone details on the order listing? If not, all you can do is to wait for them to reply.
You only pay the buyer after full inspection of the car and paperwork and satisfaction, in cash or bank transfer.
Do be aware, there is not protection for buyers when buying vehicles on eBay, a thorough inspection before parting with payment, is essential.
You just need to wait for this seller to contact you.
