I've been searching for specigfic parts for my car. I came across a seller , Autospares.EU. Their page showed an exploded view of the parts assembly that includes the part I wanted and also some others I would like to price and possibly get, just in case. That's where the problem arised. I tried searching for the other parts in their shop search using the numbers on the diagram but all that came up was parts for other cars or different parts altogether. I thought I'd contact the seller and ask but they don't accept messages! In this scenario, I couldn't even send vehicle details to ensure the part I purchased was the correct one for my vehicle. Anyone who has used Ebays part search, even through my Garage, knows it isn't accurate enough to rely one. But the worst part is having a parts diagram from a seller that shows the parts I want and I can't find a single way to access them through the seller. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get around this problem? Better still, does anyone know how contact can be made with the seller? Believe this or not but I have been at this for 4 days and I only managed to just order this one part. 😠😱😱🤯👻Thanks for reading this and a bigger thanks for any advice offered.
Hi. When I tried to message then it said they don't accept messages. However, I tried a different route and went through their business page and it seems a message I wrote has sent. Thanks for giivng me the idea of trying through that avenue.
